Turn on two-step login
Go to Settings → Security → Two-step login. After your password, we’ll ask for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy). Someone with your password alone can’t get in.
Scan the QR code once. If your app ends up with more than one SpeedNumx entry, delete them all and scan again.
Set a spending PIN
A 4-digit spending PIN is asked for before large purchases. If someone gets into your account, they still can’t spend much without it. Set it in Settings → Security.
Check where you’re signed in
Settings → Security → Where you’re signed in lists every device. If you don’t recognise one, sign it out and change your password.
Spotting scams
We will never:
- Ask for your password, two-step code or PIN, whether by phone, WhatsApp, email or anywhere else.
- Ask you to transfer money to a personal account.
- Offer “free credit” in exchange for your login.
If someone contacting you claims to be SpeedNumx, stop and check with us through the help centre.
Think your account was taken over?
Reset your password straight away. That signs out every device. Then contact support so we can check your transactions.
