Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Download your data
Go to Settings → Privacy → Download my data. You’ll get a file with your profile, orders, rentals, wallet transactions, support requests and sign-ins. It’s ready straight away.
Delete your account
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account.
- We wait 14 days before deleting, in case you change your mind. Log in and cancel any time before then.
- If you still have money in your wallet, or an active order or rental, a person will contact you first so you don’t lose anything.
- When we delete your account we remove your name, email, phone and sign-in details. We must keep a record of payments and transactions for six years for tax and anti-fraud law. These are kept without your personal details.
