Effective 4 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and OPE LTD, trading as SpeedNumx (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our services you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use SpeedNumx.
1. Who can use SpeedNumx
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping your password, two-step login codes and spending PIN private.
2. What we provide
- Verification numbers: temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS codes, sold per order (one-time) or for a rental period.
- Phone lines: voice lines, when available, under the extra terms shown when you buy one.
- Free numbers: public numbers whose messages anyone can see. They are provided as they are, with no promises.
Numbers are supplied by third-party providers. We do not guarantee that any app or website will accept a number or send a code to it. We show live success rates so you can choose, and our refund policy explains what happens when a code doesn’t arrive.
3. Your wallet
- Your SpeedNumx wallet holds Naira you have paid to us in advance, to spend on our services. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
- Prices are shown in Naira before you buy and may change at any time; the price you confirm is the price you pay.
- We may set limits on how much you can hold, add or spend, based on your verification level. See account limits.
- Wallet balances cannot be transferred to another user. Withdrawals of unused balances are handled case by case. Contact us.
- If money is credited to you by mistake (for example, a duplicate payment or a system error), we may correct your balance.
4. Rules for using numbers
You must follow our acceptable use policy. In short: no fraud, no breaking the law, no harming other people, and no breaking the rules of the apps you sign up to where that causes harm to others. We may refuse, pause or end any order that breaks these rules.
5. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close your account, and hold funds while we investigate, if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, used stolen payment details, or put other users or us at risk. We’ll tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents us. You can appeal by writing to speednumx@gmail.com.
You can close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy.
6. Our responsibility to you
We provide SpeedNumx with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows:
- we are not responsible for losses caused by an app refusing a number, by an app later closing an account you created, or by you losing access to a number after your order or rental ended;
- we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities;
- our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other laws that cannot be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use SpeedNumx after that means you accept the new terms.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we can’t resolve a complaint together, either of us may refer it to the courts of Lagos State.
