Our free numbers are public: everyone can see every message sent to them.
Good for
- Testing whether an app sends codes at all.
- Throwaway sign-ups you don’t care about.
Never use them for
- Anything with money in it: banks, wallets, crypto, payments.
- Your main WhatsApp, email or social accounts.
- Any account with personal information.
Anyone reading the page can use the same code to take over the account. Free numbers are also used by many people at once, so most apps block them quickly.
For anything that matters, buy a private number. It’s only shown to you. For accounts you’ll keep, rent one.
