Add money by bank transfer

This is the cheapest and fastest way to add money.

How to send it

Go to Wallet → Fund wallet → Bank transfer. Type the amount you want to add and tap Get account number. You’ll see an account number for that payment. Send exactly that amount from any Nigerian bank app. The account number is for one payment only, so get a new one each time.

How long it takes

Usually about a minute. We credit your wallet automatically as soon as the bank tells us the money arrived. No need to send proof.

What you’ll get

The amount you send, in Naira. Any bank charge for sending is set by your own bank.

If it hasn’t arrived

1. Wait 10 minutes. At busy times banks can be slow.
2. Check the transfer went to the account number shown on the Fund page, not an old one.
3. Still missing? Open a support request with your bank’s receipt (the session ID or reference is enough). We’ll trace it with the bank.
