Go to Wallet → Fund wallet → Card, enter an amount and pay on the secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number.
How long it takes
Straight away once the payment succeeds. You’ll be brought back to SpeedNumx and the money shows in your wallet.
If the payment fails
- Check your card is enabled for online payments and has enough money.
- Your bank may ask for an OTP or a PIN. Make sure you complete that step.
- Try again, or use a bank transfer instead.
If you were debited but the wallet wasn’t credited, don’t pay again. Wait 15 minutes (most of these sort themselves out), then open a support request. Failed card payments are reversed by your bank.
