Go to Wallet → Fund wallet → Crypto, choose the amount in Naira and the coin you want to pay with. We’ll show you an address, the exact amount and a QR code.
The network matters
Send on the exact network shown (for example USDT on TRON, TRC-20). Coins sent on a different network can be lost for good, and we may not be able to recover them.
The exchange rate
We convert at the rate shown on the payment page, which includes a small spread to cover price changes while the payment confirms. The Naira amount you’ll receive is shown before you pay.
How long it takes
As soon as the network confirms the payment, usually a few minutes. The page updates by itself.
Sent the wrong amount?
Send exactly the amount shown. If a different amount arrives, or it arrives after the timer runs out, it isn’t credited automatically. A person checks it and credits what arrived, usually within a few hours. You don’t need to do anything, but you can open a support request to speed it up.
If your payment doesn’t show after an hour, open a support request with the transaction hash.
